WORKING, TEACHING & speaking
Currently at Cisco, Jennifer leads the Selling with Purpose program, empowering sales teams to serve as impact ambassadors. Her work helps translate Cisco and the Cisco Foundation’s sustainability and social impact commitments into customer and community narratives.
Previously, Jennifer served as ESG Program Lead at Splunk, responsible for sustainability reporting, rater and ranker evaluations, and annual impact reports. Prior to that, as Director of Corporate Citizenship at PopSockets, she developed an award-winning global social impact initiative, managed a multi-million dollar global grants budget, and launched environmental sustainability benchmarking. Her cross-sector experience spans technology, consumer products, and nonprofit leadership—including serving as Vice President at Colorado's largest homeless services organization.
Jennifer taught the Certificate in Sustainability & Social Impact program at University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business for four years and is a frequent speaker for organizations including ACCP, Pledge 1%, Social Impact World, Engage for Good, and B:CIVIC.
